The cost-effective, ergonomically designed delivers all-day comfort and crisp audio clarity to individuals needing a single-line telephone headset solution. The firm-key dial pad features mute, redial and flash buttons reduce the stress of continuous dialing. The three flash settings (98, 300, and 600 ms) made available to meet specific call center requirements. A supervisor port on the dial pad gives users direct access to a supervisor for training or problem resolution. Adjustable volume and tone/pulse controls provide added user convenience and comfort.
