The KX-TES824ML Advanced Hybrid PBX System is the best cost effectively  support all your personal and business communication needs. The system supports 3 outside (CO) lines and 8 hybrid extensions – all built-in so you can use the system straight out of the box. You can easily expand the system capacity up to 8 outside (CO) lines and 24 extensions by adding expansion card as your needs grow. Features

Hybrid Extension Port – Allows user to connect Panasonic proprietary telephone such as KX-AT7730, KX-T7730 or single line phone to the same extension port without changing the extension cable.

Direct Inward System Access (DISA) – Allows outside callers to access any extension without going through an operator. KX-TES824ML provides automatic greeting messages (Auto-attendant function) and directing the caller to the desire department or destination. The system supports 3-levels directory and can be recorded by user.

Caller ID – By adding caller ID card, this feature allows users to see the caller’s information (Caller’s number) before they answer a call. This function works on Proprietary Display Telephones (KX-AT7730, KX-T7730) and Caller ID Single Line Telephones (KX-T7703, KX-T7705).

Door Phone / Door Lock – Support up to 4 door phones. When a visitor press the call button of door phone, all pre-assigned extensions will ring. User can answered and talk to visitor from any extension. To open the door, user can just press a function code to release the electromagnetic lock.

Day / Night / Lunch Mode – The system provides Day / Night and Lunch mode feature that changed the system behavior according to the time of day. User can assigned different extensions to ring and its class of restriction.

Call Forward – Allows user to activate call forwarding to other extension or external phone number (mobile phone) when he is away from his desk.

Paging – Allows user turn on a desired proprietary speakerphone or a group or all speakerphones or via public address (PA) system to look for a person within the office.

External MOH / BGM – In addition to the built-in internal music on hold (MOH), KX-TES824ML provides an interface for external  player allowing user to play customised music or message when placing a call on hold and play background music (BGM) on his proprietary speakerphone.

SMDR – Station Message Detail Recording is a built-in feature allowing user connect to call billing system. Call billing system helps the management to monitor and manage the company’s telephone usage.

External Back-up Battery – The system provide interface to connect to external backup battery. The system will automatically powered by backup battery when experience a power failure.

Least Cost Routing – This feature automatically route an outgoing call to the lowest cost trunk (telephone service provide) based on dial number.
