Synway UC200 IP PBX Call Centre System
The UC200 is an affordable IP PBX offers a set of comprehensive features, including customizable call-routing, multi-level IVRs, call queues, auto-attendant, call detail records (CDR), multi-site peering, voicemail/fax forwarding to email and many more.
UC200 active call center provides statistics for queue connection rate, total number of calls, number of connected calls, number of waiting calls, number of abandoned calls, average waiting time and average talking time.
User login to UC200 may click to view the statistics information about the agents in the queue (Extension, Total Calls, Answered, Missed, Caller Hangup While Agent Ringing, Login Time, Talk Time, Agent Type, Agent Status). In addition, he may click to view the call status information (Status, Caller, Called, Location, Wait Time, Talk Time), and you can hang up, monitor and transfer the current call.
